Jacqueline Aleman De Penning is a senior case manager at Binsfeld Law Firm, PLLC. Jacqueline enjoys assisting the firm’s attorneys in a diverse range of immigration matters, including consular processing, permanent residency, cancellation of removal, DACA, U Visas, VAWA, asylum, citizenship, and immigration court exhibits. She has extensive experience processing U.S. Visas (immigrant and non-immigrant) from start to finish at U.S. Consulates around the globe.

Jacqueline has been working in the immigration field since 2016. She is a dedicated legal assistant who works and advocates for her clients’ objectives with integrity, respect, empathy, and excellence. She is a notary and a certified English/Spanish translator.

Jacqueline came to the United States after completing three years in a business administration program in El Salvador. After arriving in the U.S., she earned her Associate of Science degree in business from Anoka Ramsey Community College. While she was a student at ARCC, she was a member of the Multicultural Club, where she became mindful of developing a positive relationship with the international community.

After graduating from ARCC, Jacqueline attended the University of St. Thomas, where she successfully completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in business communications with an emphasis on accounting and international business. While earning her B.A., she developed an interest in the field of law when she realized that the law affects every part of our lives. Jacqueline is very passionate and enthusiastic about helping others and working for the common good. In pursuit of helping others, she earned a master’s degree in Studies of Law: Ethics and Compliance at the University of St. Thomas in 2019.

In her free time, Jacqueline enjoys learning new things, watching movies in other languages, and running small businesses.
