Please note that the Department of State is aware of the issues with nonimmigrant visa scheduling and the new “waiting rooms.” However, they have provided no indication regarding if and/or when they will be fixed. Our recommendation remains to continue trying to schedule your visa appointment at various, different times of day. You could also attempt to utilize a foreign VPN.
