Reminder: Update Your Address with USCIS

All foreign nationals required to register under U.S. law are required to submit a change of address to the U.S. government within 10 days of moving. See Immigration & Nationality Act § 1305. In practice, this means the vast majority of foreign nationals, including lawful permanent residents, children and infants, visa holders (ex. B-2 visitors, F-1 students, H-1B workers, their dependents), and those with pending USCIS applications are required to change their address with USCIS. If you have questions about whether or not you are required to change your address, you can contact our office at 612-339-0033. Changes of address are submitted using Form AR-11 through your myUSCIS account.
